Who is a customer?
  • A customer is someone who exchange his/her add earned money for your goods and services.
  • A customer is someone who patronizes your business.
  • A customer someone who buys the goods and services that pays your salary, your bills and put food on your table.
UNDERSTANDING THE VALUE OF A CUSTOMER
The value of a customer cannot be over-emphasized, because if you don't value your customers you will loose them to your competitors. The value of the customer describes their true worth and importance to you and your business. To know the value of a customer, consider the following;
  • Amount of goods purchased
  • Frequency of purchase.
  • Duration of period of purchase
  • Number of referral business.
